At Hajj Safe, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of our specialized pilgrimage gear and apparel. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receiving your order.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
